We spent an amazing hour and a half at this sanctuary .... listening to fantastic survival stories of these wombats and joeys.This little joey is Lucy she is only 5 months old and is a Red Kangaroo but being female is actually bluey grey in colour?! Poppy & Kara were overjoyed to be able to interact so closely with the animals.
I have big Daneshka - 2 years old and 14 kgs heavy. She was definitely a handful!
Even Gary wasn't impartial to cuddling little Lucy!!
